The Coil and Curls: Everything Black Hair Event is the first event of a 2-part series hosted by the Black Excellence at York University (BE YU) Team. This workshop is designed to celebrate the beauty of Black hair, and its relationship with the Black community and society large. This series works to address the versatility of hair across the Black community and demonstrate its uniqueness when it comes to personal experience.
