Join your CPM colleagues as we take a step back to consider how business continuity can benefit your unit, and how to begin crafting a solid plan. The harsh but simple fact is that there are a hundred and one things that can disrupt the delivery of service. A well thought out, practical plan can mean the difference between the continuation or suspension of service.
